In 2017, internationally recognized and award-winning architecture office DECA, has taken an existing apartment and has reinvented it into two separate upscale luxury flats, following a 12-month restoration. Both the Apartment as well as the Loft, beautifully combine classic touches with elements of modern, minimal design. The design of the space is based on simple lines and natural materials like wood and marble that create a unique and soothing ambiance, but most importantly offer a sense of being ‘home away from home’.
